Yitahome warrants that all our furniture is free from defective materials and workmanship. The warranty periods vary by product and begin from the date of delivery.

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Yitahome will offer a refund or replacement of the affected part(s). This warranty covers the replacement or refund of any product or part that exhibits a manufacturing or material defect not resulting from normal wear and tear or inherent characteristics of the materials used.

Claim Procedure:

Any claims will have to be emailed to service@yitahome.com attached with photos of defects, and the order number.

Restrictions and Exclusions:

- Proper care and use are essential for warranty coverage; damage from detergents or abrasives will void the warranty.

- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) nature, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or damage from pets.

- This warranty does not cover outdoor use of the product unless expressly stated otherwise.

- Product modifications by unauthorized parties will void this Warranty.

- This Warranty excludes items marked 'AS-IS' or Display items at the time of purchase.

- This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from Yitahome.

- Yitahome's decision on complaints regarding defects in workmanship or materials is final and conclusive. Any refund or replacement of parts will be at Yitahome's discretion.

- Any refunded or replaced item under this Limited Warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

- This Warranty includes the cost of material components, replacement parts, labor, and transportation charges for manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period.

- For manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the Purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of material components, replacement parts, as well as all labor and transportation charges incurred.

Warranty Period:

Safety and quality are integral components of every Yitahome product. All items purchased from Yitahome come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Last but not least, the warranty is applicable only to the original retail purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. Please note that these limited warranties are non-transferable. Thanks for your understanding.
